Agarwood is the resinous wood from the Aquilaria tree, an archaic tropical evergreen tree native to northern India, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Southern China and Vietnam. Again one of the most expensive natural oils in the world. It can be sweet and playful with shadowy fruit notes, woody and earthy with hints of crushed foliage or deeply natural, exuding an ethereal and intoxicating fragrence. It is sometimes referred to as “liquid gold" or “Wood of the gods".
